The Philip's 66 SNAP retailer accepts EBT cards located in IL. This store is authorized to accept Illinois food stamps by the United States Department of Agriculture. Then, swipe your Illinois EBT card through their point of sale terminal (debit machine), and then hand your card to the clerk. The next step requires you to enter your four digit pin number on the point of sale terminal, then press enter.
