When receiving Pennsylvania SNAP benefits you are given a Pennsylvania Access Card. Each month your EBT card is refilled through the Electronic Benefits Transfer system with the amount you were approved for when you applied for Pennsylvania food stamps. It is important to know when your card gets refilled each month, so that you can better plan your food stamp purchases at stores that are authorized SNAP retailers. To find out when you will receive your next SNAP payment, look at the Pennsylvania food stamp payment dates below.
Benefits are made available over the first 10 business days of every month, based on the last digit of the client’s case number.

If you believe you do not receive your Pennsylvania EBT payment this month and it is past the payment date listed above, then you would need to contact the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, who head up the SNAP program. You can try the phone number on the back of your EBT card, or you can get the contact information on the Pennsylvania EBT card balance page.
