The Perrys Country Store SNAP retailer accepts EBT cards located in PA. This store is authorized to accept Pennsylvania food stamps by the United States Department of Agriculture. You would then need to tell the clerk which benefits you want to use, either food stamps or cash. Then, swipe your Pennsylvania Access card through their point of sale terminal (debit machine), and then hand your card to the clerk.
