Minnesota SNAP Payment Schedule
When receiving Minnesota SNAP benefits you are given a Minnesota EBT Card. Each month your EBT card is refilled through the Electronic Benefits Transfer system with the amount you were approved for when you applied for Minnesota food stamps. Benefits are made available from the 4th to the 13th of every month, based on the last digit of the client’s case number.

Didn't Receive My Minnesota SNAP Payment
If you believe you do not receive your Minnesota EBT payment this month and it is past the payment date listed above, then you would need to contact the Minnesota Department of Human Services, who head up the SNAP program.
