The Blue Goose Foods SNAP retailer accepts EBT cards located in PA. This store is authorized to accept Pennsylvania food stamps by the United States Department of Agriculture. You would then need to tell the clerk which benefits you want to use, either food stamps or cash. Then, swipe your Pennsylvania Access card through their point of sale terminal (debit machine), and then hand your card to the clerk. The next step requires you to enter your four digit pin number on the point of sale terminal, then press enter.
